Xi　Jinping’s　Ｆｉｒｓｔ　Ｏｖｅｒｓｅａｓ　Ｖｉｓｉｔ

The New York Times reports that President Xi Jiping’s first overseas visit will be to Moscow.　The　Times　speculates that　Mr.Xi　will　attempt　to　get　Russia’s　support　for　its　ongoing　territorial　issues　with　its　Asian　neighbors. Russia　herself　has　had　a　long-standing　dispute　with　Japan　over　islands　seized　during　the　closing　days of WWII, that Japan insists are Japanese territory. Other issues could include world hot spots such as Iran, North Korea and Syria.
