Kim to Stay Home and Miss Russian WWII Celebration.

The New York Times reported on April 30, that the DPRK Leader Kim Jong-un will not attend Russian celebrations to mark the victory over Nazi Germany on May 9. Mr. Kim hasn’t travelled abroad since taking power after his father’s death. The question is why will he sit this one out? One thing that comes to mind is that he fears internal disorder in his absence, or even a coup d’état. There could be a million different reasons for his not going to Moscow.
